Please review our shipping policy below for complete details on how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation before shipment.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer Standard Shipping for all orders.
Estimated delivery time after processing: 3–4 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and external factors such as severe weather, natural disasters, or national holidays.
4. Shipping Rates
Orders over $150 USD qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Orders below $150 USD incur a flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD.
All shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery status.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Delivery Delays or Issues
In rare cases of shipment delay or lost packages, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will assist in filing a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We want you to love every purchase and stand proudly behind the quality of our home décor products.
This policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund — and the conditions that apply.
1. Eligibility Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
Requests submitted after this period are not eligible.
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within the 7-day window (see Section 6).
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.
All tags, accessories, inserts, mounting hardware, manuals, and protective materials must be included.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation email).
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be issued by our support team (see Section 5).
Items showing signs of use, installation, or alteration may be rejected or refunded partially at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or quality-control reasons unless defective:
Custom or personalized products (including custom sizes or finishes).
Final sale, clearance, or “as-is” items marked non-returnable.
Gift cards or downloadable products.
Items exposed to moisture, stains, strong odors, or pet hair.
Installed or modified lighting.
Mounted or unframed wall art or mirrors showing adhesive residue.
Soft goods (blankets, pillows, textiles) showing use or laundering.
When possible, non-returnable status is noted on the product page.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Glitzly Ambience is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in return transit.
Keep your tracking number as proof of return.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
5. How to Start a Return or Exchange (RMA Required)
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact contact@glitzly.store within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, item(s) to return, and a short explanation.
Our team will reply with instructions and an RMA number if approved.
Repack the item carefully in the original packaging with all components.
Write the RMA number clearly on the outer box only (not the retail box).
Ship the item to the return address provided in our email and share your tracking number.
Returns without an RMA or shipped after the deadline may be refused.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@glitzly.store within 7 days.
Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos showing:
– The full product and the specific damage or defect
– The shipping box and interior packaging
– The shipping label with tracking number
Once reviewed, we will offer one of these at no cost:
A replacement of the same item (if available)
An exchange for a comparable product (price differences may apply)
A prepaid return label and full refund after inspection
Do not discard packaging until your claim is resolved.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same eligibility and packaging conditions as returns.
If the new item differs in price, we will charge or refund the difference.
Some exchanges may be processed as a return plus a new purchase for faster delivery.
8. Refunds (Timeline & Method)
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first contact your bank.

9. Order Cancellations and Address Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment.
Since processing begins within 1–2 business days, please contact us immediately for any changes.
If your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may still return it after delivery per Sections 1–5.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error, we can reship (fees apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:
Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
Contact the carrier to start a trace.
We will assist where possible, but Glitzly Ambience is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
11. Packaging and Condition Guidelines
To avoid transit damage:
Use the original outer carton, inner supports, foam, or corner protectors.
Cushion fragile items adequately (mirrors, glass, ceramics, frames).
Do not apply labels directly on the retail box — use the outer carton.
Include all accessories and documents.
Returns missing components or shipped with inadequate protection may be rejected or partially refunded.
12. Price Adjustments and Promotions
We do not provide retroactive price adjustments on past purchases.
Discounts, coupons, and sales are valid only during their promotional periods.
13. Gifts
If an item was purchased and marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the buyer.
We can facilitate exchanges for gift recipients within the eligibility window under standard return conditions.
14. Freight or Oversized Deliveries (If Applicable)
Large or fragile items may require scheduled or signature deliveries.
Refusal of such deliveries (without visible carrier damage) will be treated as a customer-initiated return with shipping deductions applied.
If visible damage exists at delivery, have the carrier note it, take photos, and contact us immediately (see Section 6).
15. Quality and Color Disclaimer
We aim for accurate product photography, but slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences or natural materials.
Such variations are not considered defects.
If exact matching is essential, please contact us before purchasing.
16. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges in cases of excessive or abusive activity, misuse, or deliberate damage.
All decisions are made in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.
17. U.S.-Only Coverage
Our services currently cover United States addresses only.
Returns from outside the U.S. are not accepted at this time.
