We are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and timely experience for every customer.
Please review the policy below for full details on how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.
Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
All products are shipped directly from our U.S. facility in Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer Standard Shipping for all orders.

  • Estimated delivery time (after processing): 3–4 business days

  • Carriers used: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your region

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, or carrier performance.
Severe weather, public holidays, or natural events may cause minor delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $150 USD

  • A flat fee of $6.99 USD applies to orders under $150

All applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your order.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

If you do not see updates after 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.


6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Delivery Delays or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Verify your shipping address and check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier to open a trace request.

  3. Notify us at contact@glitzly.store for support.

We will assist in investigating the issue and help resolve it quickly.
However, Glitzly Ambience is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, carrier errors, or external factors beyond our control.


8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment only.
Because we process orders quickly (within 1–2 business days), please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
