1. Where is Glitzly Ambience located?
We are proudly based in Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida, USA.
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment center.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping options will be announced soon — stay tuned!
3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 3–4 business days via standard shipping
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

5. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders immediately.
If you wish to change or cancel, contact us ASAP at contact@glitzly.store.
If the order has shipped, we’ll help you arrange a return once it arrives.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

8. My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
