We provide this website — including all information, tools, and services — to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices stated here.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other approved gateways.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order, and reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud or policy violation.

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–4 business days (standard shipping)

  • Free shipping for orders over $150 USD

  • Flat fee $6.99 USD for orders below $150

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Once an order is marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if your order meets eligibility requirements.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

All content — including text, graphics, photos, videos, and logos — is the property of De Ferrari LLC / Glitzly Ambience and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
